====== HP Printing: Papercut ====== Our Ricoh photocopiers use the Papercut print management system. This enables us to save money and prevent unnecessary printing. When your user account is created, you will receive an email from the system automatically, giving you your printing pin, this is what you'll use to log into the photocopier to use its functions if you do not have your ID badge, or your local printer is not compatible with ID badge printing.\\ - Begin by tapping on the blank screen of the printer, this should awaken the photocopier. - If you have a ID Badge issued after March 2021, you should have a smart badge. You can now tap this badge on the card reader to the left of the screen. It should then beep. If your card comes up as unregistered, please then proceed to type in your username & password that you use to access the computers, and your card will be registered to your user account. - If you do not have your ID Badge, press "Sign In" at the top of the screen, and type in your printing pin that was emailed to you. Contact IT if you are unable to find this. \\ {{ :printing01.png?nolink |}} \\ \\ - Please then enter your PIN Number, or tape your ID Badge on the reader. \\ {{ :printing02.png?nolink |}} \\ \\ - You'll then be presented with 4 buttons.
