Template to send to third party emailers if their SPF record is incorrect, and we are likely to need to communicate with them a lot going forwards:

Hi, we're the IT Department for Diverse Abilities and have been asked by <Name of recipient> to drop you an email regarding your email set up.

It appears that your SPF record is incorrect, and so our system is quarantining your emails, your current SPF record is:
<Insert their current SPF record here>

This is incorrect as we have received your emails from a different server, than those your SPF record allow, in order to fix this going forwards, please have your IT Department alter your SPF record to reflect any changes to your IT Infrastructure that has happened. This is an example based on your email:
<Insert what their SPF record should be>
