This will give you Standard PEM format cert files. if you're less of an idiot and using ClouDNS, the SSL certificate comes in the correct Standard PEM format already.

Your phone profile has been or needs to be reset. This will temporarily remove some apps and your email account from your phone, and then re-add these again to clear the issue. You will see your phone background change, and your emails be removed from your phone. After a short while, these will return.

To find a system's hostname from it's HDD, go to the C:\Windows\Temp folder, and you'll find the hostname as the prefix to a lot of log files in there
